They work to keep me alert, and items are not expired.
Honestly, these don't have an enormous mind splitting effect. For me, they *did* seem to keep me more alert and once I took them off the effect wore off rapidly. it helped to “even out” my twilight to early evening time. Using these makes me feel like I'm not running out of steam. I don't feel the effect is going to offset being exhausted, so don't expect these to do a lot after you've been awake for 20 hours or something.I have to try them out a few more times to make sure, but it seems that I only need an hour or so to come down off of the effect. That's super useful for me because I often need to stay awake… until I don't.
